Church & School Leadership

At Faith Christian Center in Gardena, Rob oversaw a multicultural church, approximately 25 staff and an approximately $1.1 million operating budget that included church, outreach, academy and preschool operations.

Facilities, Digital & Ministry Systems

At Citadel Church in Tucson, responsibilities included websites, SEO, facilities, remodeling and vendor coordination, bids, AV rebuilds, video systems, training and ministry leadership.

Nonprofit Programs & Development

At Higher Ground, work included youth programming, volunteers, donor systems, fundraising, grants, partnerships, AmeriCorps, executive support, board reporting and research.

Public Service Administration

At the VA, Rob worked across front-desk operations, hundreds of volunteers, onboarding and training, HR, benefits, new-hire briefings and administrative workflows.
